The Rt. Rev. Dr. Prem Prakash Habil was born on 1stJanuary, 1956. He was ordained as Presbyter in the Diocese of Agra on 24 May, 1990 and has 23 years of Pastoral experience. He holds the degree of Bachelor of Divinity (B.D) from the Bishop's College, Kolkata and has also done Doctor of Ministry (D.Min) from the Senate of Serampore College.Besides holding other important positions in the Diocese of Agra he was elected as the Diocesan Secretary..
